Overview

Elite Events is a Caterer and Traveling Bistro started by a Chef, Sommelier and an Event Planner. Together we offer unparalleled service, food and events. The foods we can offer and prepare are different from anything else you will find in the Northern Black Hills and are well worth trying if you haven't before. We have a real passion and love for food and events which is channeled through and shows in all our work.

  • Personalized Dinner Parties - We will cook all the food and will create a beautiful setting right in your own back yard where you and your guests can eat and enjoy one another's company.
  • Themed Food Bars - Our food bars are lots of fun for any party, corporate event or gathering. You choose the theme and we do the rest!
  • Platter Drop-Off - If your your tight on cash as well as time, consider the Platter Drop-Off Services. We will create beautiful, delicious platters for you so you don't have to cook and drop them off for you the day of your event. It's easy as that!

Duck
  • A most delectable Duck Pastrami made in-house with lots of care and love
  • Antipasti consisting of three cheeses that pair wonderfully with the Duck Pastrami, a salumi and/or prosciutto, Italian and/or Spanish olives, baby pickles, artichoke hearts, housemade white wine vinegar onions, stoneground mustard and a housemade Russian sauce
  • Fresh bread loaves such as Pugliese, Sourdough and Pumpernickel
  • Fruit and Vegetalbes - Will vary from season to season
Roast Beef
  • A local beef roast, slow-cooked to perfection in-house and sliced
  • Antipasti consisting of three cheeses, a salami and/or prosciutto, italian and/or spanish olives, baby pickles, artichoke hearts, housemade white wine vinegar onions, horseradish sauce, stoneground mustard and a housemade sweet & spicy aioli
  • Fresh bread loaves such as French or Italian, baguette, pugliese and pumpernickel

Turkey
  • A succulent turkey breast slow-cooked to perfection in house and sliced
  • Antipasti consisting of three cheeses that pair wonderfully with the turkey, a salami and or prosciutto, italian and or spanish olives, baby pickles, housemade cranberry sauce, apple butter and a housemade autumn aioli
